The following Performance Bonus is available for qualified Junior Associates:
Performance Bonus #1: Earn a $500.00 Performance Bonus when you have a total of (25) custom product sales in your group, (5) of which must be personal custom product sales.
And every time you have a total of (15) new custom product sales in your group, with (5) being personal custom product sales, earn an additional $500.00 Performance Bonus.
Qualifications:
1. Must be a Junior Associate.
2. Must own a Lifetime Membership
3. Must be paid in full.
Please Note: If your Lifetime Membership is not paid in full, CBA will hold your potential Performance Bonus for up to 24 months.
Exception: If you have not paid your Lifetime Membership paid in full, but have attained the position of Triple Diamond Associate, consult with your Personal Support Guide to do a Financial Evaluation. CBA may consider making an exception to the Qualification rule #3.
